These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Adapa Group mobile application (the "App"), operated by Adapa Group / Agrimall ("we", "us", "our"). By installing, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who May Use the App

The App is an internal business tool meant only for authorized employees, agents and partners of Adapa Group / Agrimall to manage orders, dispatches, billing, customer communication and related operations. You may use the App only with login credentials issued to you by us. Access may be revoked at any time.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must not share your account or allow anyone else to use it.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
• Inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any purpose other than your authorized work duties.
• Enter false, misleading or incomplete information about orders, customers, farmers, payments or dispatches.
• Copy, export, sell or disclose customer, farmer or business data except as required for your work.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, hack or disrupt the App or its servers.
• Use the App in violation of any applicable law.

4. Permissions and Data

To provide its features, the App may request the following device permissions. Each is used only for the purpose described:

• Location – to record field visit and delivery locations and show maps.
• Camera and photos/files – to capture and upload images and documents such as order, dispatch and billing proofs.
• Phone and call log – to place calls to customers and farmers from the App and to record call activity for work tracking, only where enabled by your organization.
• Microphone – for audio features such as voice notes, where used.
• Notifications and internet – to receive work updates and sync data with our servers.

Data collected through the App is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Business data you create in the App belongs to Adapa Group / Agrimall.

5. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase (notifications and analytics), Google Maps, cloud storage providers, telephony providers and WhatsApp. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, logos and content, is owned by Adapa Group / Agrimall and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App only for your authorized work.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the App at any time, without notice, including if you breach these Terms or your engagement with us ends. When access ends, you must stop using the App.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that all data shown will always be accurate or up to date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adapa Group / Agrimall will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [CITY], India.
