Welcome to JAPFA COMFEED INDIA PVT LTD (“Company or JAPFA BEST”) which owns and operates www.japfabest.in and the Japfa BEST mobile application ("Japfa BEST")  (together referred to as the "Platform") has created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting the information you submit while using our Platform. The manner in which this information is collected, retained, shared, stored, and processed by us is addressed in this Policy.

CUSTOMER REGISTRATION AND PRIVACY POLICY

The site provides for registration process to serve its customer better and may now or in the future collect the following personally identifiable information - 1. By completing the registration or placing an order, You agree to receive promotional communication, text messages, calls. You can opt out by contacting the customer service at talktous@japfabest.in. We will never sell or provide your information to third party companies or outside agencies for commercial purposes. However, the Site may contain links to other web sites that we do not directly manage such as Google Analytics which is used to understand and optimize user's behavior. JAPFA BEST shall not be responsible for the privacy policies of such external web sites.

WEBSITE & Applications (Platform):

1. You may access and browse our Platform without revealing any of your personal information. However, while downloading any of our material which have been developed by our internal experts OR while filling in a contact request form OR by ordering any products from our website and application, we may collect your personal information that may be necessary to help us provide better customer service.
2. This portion of the Privacy Policy applies to our website or application. It does not apply to any other website of any third party, even if the third-party website links to (or is linked from) our website or application. By accessing, using, and/or submitting information through our website or application, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy about the information collected thereby as described herein. Payment Details

Your payment details, debit card numbers etc. will remain within the operational system at JAPFA BEST. They will be processed using a system which uses Payment Gateway technology supported by Razor pay or an equivalent supplier. Beyond this, they will never be shared with any third party except in the limited circumstances explained above.

JAPFA BEST uses the collected data for various purposes:

Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of subscriber data relating to engagement, geography, demographics and already stored subscriber data. We adopt a social media Policy to ensure our business and our staff conduct themselves accordingly online. While we may have official profiles on social media platforms, users are advised to verify authenticity of such profiles before engaging with or sharing information with such profiles. There may be instances where our website features social sharing buttons, which help share web content directly from web pages to the respective social media platforms.
