Fulfilment policy

1. Fulfilment of Our paid products

a. As soon as the customer purchases any plan offered by the applications owned by Creative Galileo, fulfilment happens immediately and the relevant videos/activities/games are made available to the customer immediately.

b. Upon purchase of a plan under which an activity box is to be provided, the activity box shall be ordinarily shipped within 7 (seven) days unless otherwise noted on the website. Our products ship through third party delivery services. Generally you can expect your items to be delivered within a period of 7-15 business days. However, there may be situations of lost goods, which may result in delays. Further, delivery of the activity box in case international shipments shall be subject to shipping and clearance at customs. In the event the activity box is not delivered to you within 30 days of making the payment, please contact us at +91-7400181021.

2.Payment

i. The payment for all plans/products purchased on our applications/websites shall be paid for upfront.

ii. In case of recurring payments, you shall authorise Creative Galileo to deduct the sums payable by you on the due dates.

3.Refund and Cancellation policy

a. Users that opt for a 30 day trial of the application shall be required to make the payment of the subscription fee for the plan opted for at the time of subscription to the trial However, in the event the user is not satisfied by the application during such trial period, the user shall be entitled to a full refund of the subscription fee, provided that the request for cancellation of subscription is made within a period of 7 days from the date of subscription

b. Users shall have the right to claim refunds for digital subscriptions made on our application/website provided that such request for refund has been made within a period of 7 days from the date of purchase.

c. In the event a user who had authorised Creative Galileo to make deductions for recurring payments, then the users may cancel/revoke such authorisation within a period of 7 days.

d. Users shall not be entitled to claim a refund for the activity box once the same is purchased by the user.

e. For any products and/or services purchased by Users that are offered by third parties on the application/website , Creative Galileo shall not, under any circumstance, be held liable to provide any compensation/refund to the Users for any such purchase made from a third party.

4.All refunds shall be processed within a period of 3-7 business days from the date of such request for refund. In case of recurring payments, the cancellation shall be processed within 3-7 business days of such request for cancellation. However, in certain scenarios there may be some delay in reflecting such cancellation due to time taken by banks or third party payment service providers to process the request.
