Imran heads operations at Altius and is an industry veteran having handled some of the largest Fortune 500 companies. With expertise and experience in Transition Management, Offshoring, Vendor Management, Work Force Management, Performance Management & COBC, Imran is also a certified lead auditor for ISMS & QMS standards by STQC - Government of India. Imran’s mantra is constant evolution equals process and business transformation.
Vijay is an expert in managing both IT services and the IT infrastructure teams and is responsible for implementing, maintaining and monitoring our world class technology and information security. For over a decade has been conceptualizing and commissioning BPO and other ITeS operations. He has nurtured and grown the in-house technical talent at Altius with his leadership skills.
This business maverick is a passionate MarCom strategist with Altius on his mind. Having experience of over 8 years blended with his meticulous approach helps him lead our Business Development vertical. Afaque’s cross sector experience in Technology, Digital Marketing, TSP and Contact Centers with expertise in Product Positioning, Media Planning, Business Strategy and System Analysis makes him a wise decision maker. Elvis is an Altiusite specializing in operations management, with experience in handling International and Domestic processes. He brings to the table an expertise of 13 years in transitioning and managing processes across spectrum of Healthcare, Telecom, Real Estate and Events. Elvis strongly believes robust people management is the key factor for smooth functioning – practices it too.
Ravi is our International operations specialist and a technology geek, with global experience of over a decade. This one is a thinker – with a strong ability to weigh the pros and cons of the decisions he takes. Ravi says, ‘know your teams strengths and weaknesses and then deploy them for optimal performance’.
Bhavna as a leader is reliable, capable and enthusiastic. She handles operations across processes from India and Middle East. Her core strength is her extensive experience of supporting, developing and motivating teams to do better and to drive continuous improvements across a range of work activities for over a decade. Bhavna knows well, the importance of an assertive and firm mind.
Shawn is a passionate operations professional with an inclination towards learning, and comes to Altius with an expertise of over a decade in transitioning and launching of important processes in South Africa, Philippines and Canada. He is a Six Sigma – Green Belt practitioner, and manages performance through a balance of fun activities and implementation of process standardization principals.
Puneet is our radical wizard who is constantly pushing the boundaries with a 360 Degree view of the technology landscape, devising innovative solution. His experience of 10 years on both infrastructure and application solutions allows him to create and implement enterprise level solution. Puneet also passionately keeps a bird's eye view on the emerging trends in voice and data technologies.

Rohit heads the eCommerce Vertical in Altius, He comes with an experience of more than 7 years with expertise in eCommerce and Digital Marketing. He is an eCommerce Innovator with a great vision, focus and analytical skills, he has helped in the creation, launch and been a part of the success of various brand activities online. He has successfully completed certification in Google Adwords, Google analytics and is also CDAC certified. He enjoys riding bikes and is a foodie.
Dominic is our in house expert in Customer Acquisition, During his experience over the last decade he has specialized in B2C Sales and has won multiple accolades and recognitions. He channelizes this experience to his teams and helps them constantly push the boundaries and achieve their targets. He lives by “A dream is a goal with a deadline”
Prem has over 13 years of experience across the BPO / KPO / LPO sectors and has been instrumental in driving processes ranging from BFSI, Legal, Healthcare and e-tailing. He has worked with some of the top 500 Fortune companies in the world. He is BSI Certified Auditor for ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2008. Prem strongly feels that leadership is defined by results and not by attributes. He is an avid reader and enjoys a good thriller.
