I recently had a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat heat pump installed at my small 100-year-old house by Efficiency Heating and Cooling. I talked to at least four different companies for this job, and have talked to many other companies and installers for previous jobs, but Efficiency Heating and Cooling are the first I've ever hired. Jason was the one who gave me the quote, and he was great. I do all of my own work including pulling permits, so I'm usually skeptical of hiring anyone and had a lot of uncommon technical questions. It turns out Jason has installed these himself, so the questions were no problem for him. Basically no other company could give me that confidence. He is also great to be around. On the day of the install Seven and Kellen showed up right on time. Their install quality exceeded my expectations. These are guys who really know how things work and think about what they're doing. I know this because I asked them a lot of questions and learned a ton from them. These guys were real pros, actual expert builders. After every interaction with their team, I knew these guys would be the best choice and it turned out perfectly.

So far so good! The crew that installed this did an excellent job. They were professional and worked all day to install our new heater pump. The heater is so quiet. And we got air con too! So we will have to wait a few months to see how that feels. First time we’ve had air con. I wish Heater pumps weren’t so expensive. But this is life. We really enjoyed the down to earth talk/demo they gave us when we had a few different companies come out and put in their bid. We appreciated the honesty.

I sought out Efficiency Heating and Cooling to replace my furnace and A/C units after my next door neighbor used their services, himself. He was very pleased and so am I. I knew right away when I met them that they were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They have a great deal of experience. They were easy to talk with and even stayed late the first day to finish the furnace install because we had been without heat for two weeks in winter. They were great. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a new install. Great job, guys!
