“Success doesn’t come from what you do occasionally, it comes from what you do consistently.”— Marie Forleo
Dear Students,
As the new financial year dawns upon us, it offers a moment to reflect on the unwavering spirit and continued efforts of our student community. March was a powerful testament to your dedication, resilience, and active engagement with all that WICASA had to offer.
It gives me immense pride to see how each event is thoughtfully curated and enthusiastically attended, contributed meaningfully to your professional journey.
We began the month with the CA Intermediate and Final Mock Test Series – I, designed to replicate the actual exam environment. This initiative provided a structured opportunity for students to assess their preparedness, identify areas of improvement, and build exam-day confidence. With the involvement of experienced faculty members for evaluation and feedback, the series offered actionable insights that many of you embraced sincerely.
To support conceptual clarity and focused revision, WICASA conducted one-day marathon sessions for key subjects such as Advanced Auditing, Indirect Tax Laws, Financial Reporting, and Advanced Financial Management. Delivered by expert faculty, these sessions targeted high-weightage areas and common challenges, offering strategic insights for exam readiness. Your focused participation in these sessions was commendable.
We also hosted a Seminar on Bank Branch Audit, which provided practical insights into audit procedures, documentation, and focus areas—bridging the gap between theoretical learning and real-world applications. The keen interest shown by participants reaffirmed the importance of such hands-on experiences.
Another important initiative was the Half-Day Seminar on Articleship Launchpad, aimed at guiding students as they transition from academics to practical training. This session offered valuable advice to help you make informed decisions about your articleship journey.
We also held a Half-Day Workshop on Physical Fitness and Self-Defence for Women CA Students, underlining our commitment to holistic development. This workshop empowered participants with essential techniques to boost their confidence, safety, and well-being.
As the exam season approaches, WICASA rolled out a series of Revisionary Courses for CA Final and Intermediate students. These sessions were meticulously planned to offer a comprehensive review of key concepts and exam strategies. The high level of student engagement and active participation was truly heartening.
To support your transition into the professional world, we organized an Articleship Placement Program, connecting aspiring students with reputed CA firms across Mumbai. This initiative played a pivotal role in helping many students find the right opportunities to begin their professional journey.
Each of these events was more than just a calendar entry—they were expressions of your commitment to growth and excellence. The collective enthusiasm of students, the dedication of our faculty, and the support of our volunteers made March a month full of purpose and progres
