Manufacturing of Harmless Medicines (Liquid & Tablet section with fully automatic machines)

COMPANY'S PAST PERFORMANCE:-

In last three years of operation of the company, one can rate our performance as more than satisfactory as it is envisaged from our financial statements which reflect the fabulous turn over and also from the fact that for the 1st time in the history of Bihar, the turn-over of a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing unit has crossed Turn-Over of Rs. 1000 lacs in any financial year i.e. 2014-15.

COMPANY'S PRESENT PERFORMANCE

The company has been able to successfully achieve sales of more than Rs. 1000 lacs in last three consecutive years starting 2014-15 because of the following facts:

• The company command good control and respect in the markets of Bihar, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh & Uttar Pradesh.
• The company management has good liaison with various Govt. Institutions / Hospitals / Agencies for bulk supply throughout the country.
• The company management has very profound relation with its employees and enjoys commitment at the peak.

PREFERENCE AS INDUSTRIAL UNIT UNDER SMALL SCALE:-

Govt. of Bihar through their Gazette Notification No. 675 (1) dated 09.09.2013 has given many liberal facilities to the industrial units situated in Bihar which is going to boost our performance in the months / years to come. (Copy attached).

INFORMATION IN REGARD TO MORTGAZED ASSETS:-

• Immovable property of Land & Building in the name of Ornate Labs Pvt Ltd situated at Bela Industrial Estate (where our unit exists).
• Movable property in the form of Plant & Machinery situated at Bela Industrial Estate, Muzaffarpur (where our unit exists).

ORNATE ITes:-

Sensing the need of the Bihar market and its demand of tuning with that to the national as well as international level, we decided to construct, as an additional project, A IT PARK in the vacant land in our existing unit. After doing a large scale survey, we approached the Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority for permission with MAP, who after getting approval from SIPB, Patna granted permission for the same including keeping the name as "ORNATE ITes". The total cost of the project is estimated to be Rs. 931.36 lacs. It is our future planning which we expect to start in the coming financial year.
