R R Private ITI is to be run by Ch. R.R. Memorial Education Society which has been set up after a great visionary soul who strived hard for the upliftment of the rural society, specially the peasant class.
Ch. Ramu Ram Sihag started his life from a humble beginning and rose to be a numberdar. In his capacity as a numberdar, he tried to give the due rights to the tenants. He was a great thinker who stressed upon the need of education to all, specially the downtrodden.
R R Private ITI has been purposed to be set up with a view to provide guidance and training to the youth who want to opt technical skill to become successfull . The much needed industrial training institute was being envisaged by this society for this educationally backward region of Haryana for last some years. The college plans to provide state of art training to the future skill workers of our state and the country. The ITI will be set up as per the requirements and rules of DGET, NABET and QCI, (Govt. of India), Delhi.
Location
The ITI campus is situated in Dhani Bachan Singh Revenue estate Ellenabad and is on Mameran road. The campus is only 2 Kms from Bus stand Ellenabad, 3 Kms from Railway Station and only 0.5 Km from main Ellenabad-Hanumangarh- Dabwali Highway. The town of Ellenabad is 42 kms from the district Headquarters of Sirsa and about 45 kms from Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan. Thus the college can cater to the needs of border areas of Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan.
Infrastructure
The ITI is fully equipped to provide proper rooms, laboratories, a state of art modern library and other allied facilities to the skilled workers-learners. All the rooms are spacious and have proper ventilation and furniture. The laboratories have been provided with the modern amenities and equipments. The library has many volumes, periodicals, reference books, e-books, magazines, newspapers and other facilities. A hall with the seating capacity of about 250 people is another feather in our cap.

The society is being run by mutual financial collaboration and donations from the members of the society and the common people.
Approach
The Town of Ellenabad can be reached by train as well as by the buses. This town lies on Jaipur-Churu-Bhadra-Hanumangarh-Ganganagar Railway lines. The buses from Delhi-Hissar-Sirsa to Hanumangarh, Bikaner, Ganganagar pass through Ellenabad.
